A research study at the University of South Carolina seeks to understand the long-term impact of mentoring for youth who attend alternative schools.

Mentoring Research Study

Approximately 75 minutes per interview.

Time Commitment:

An initial in-person interview plus 4-. 9-, and 18-month follow-up in-person interviews.

Participation Includes:

Youth are compensated $140 dispersed over four interviews.

Participants Receive:

Youth ages 13 and older who attend NBA and have been matched with a USC student mentor.

Who is Eligible?:

If you are 13 years or older, attend New Bridge Academy (NBA), and have a USC mentor, you may be eligible to participate in a research study.
